I'm currently diving deep as a Senior Research Associate on the Tamil Nadu Household Panel Survey (TNHPS) project at the Madras Institute of Development Studies (MIDS). Before this, I honed my research skills at the Good Business Lab, following the completion of my postgraduate studies in Economics at Azim Premji University.

My research playground sits at the fascinating crossroads of Development Economics, Labour Economics, and Political Economy. With a keen eye on Applied Microeconomics, Labour Economics, and Identity Economics, I love blending theoretical insights with real-world data to tackle subtle, often overlooked questions that matter.
